Kim has worked extensively in the field of Labour Relations, Human Resources and Dispute Resolution in the security, property, NPO and finance sectors, gaining a wealth of knowledge in these sectors which is utilised across all spectrums. Kim is a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa; a UK accredited Mediator and an accredited Mediation Trainer and Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Commercial and Workplace Mediation training.
